Eating food which have high fat and high calorie will much likely to increase weight. Eating a large amount of food would also increase the risk of gaining weight. Last factor is exercise. Exercise is the essential component of weight program. People who have less or no exercise at all will decrease their muscle tissue and fat tissue thus they gain weight gradually. All of three of these factors can be overcome with a proper healthy diet.
